X-River is the seasonal ferry service that allows cyclists and pedestrians to transport their bicycles, perfect for those who love nature, slow tourism and sustainable mobility.

News 2026 🆕 Rides are enhanced with departures every 30 minutes according to the following schedule:
📆 March 28 – April 30: Saturdays and holidays from 09:00 to 19:15

📆 May 1 – September 6: daily from 09:00 to 19:15

📆 September 7 – September 30: daily from 09:00 to 18:45

📆 October 3 – October 25: Saturdays and holidays from 09:00 to 17:45

📆 October 31 – November 1: from 09:00 to 16:45

Key information:

The service is run by TPL FVG .
The boat can carry up to 25 people and 25 bicycles.
The cost for each crossing is €1.00 per person. Children under the age of 10 travel for free.
The service is accessible to disabled people (including wheelchair users), strollers and dogs on a leash.

The boarding area on the Bibione side is just a short distance from the lighthouse. On the Lignano side, it is on the Marina Uno wharf.

The waiting times can sometimes be quite long because the service is extremely popular, but the stunning surroundings help to make up for it.
