There are all sorts of options for biking in Bibione! Follow the cycle paths, ride through the pine woods, head up to the lighthouse, go from one side of town to the other, venture inland or pedal alongside the magnificent, meandering Tagliamento River and down to Brussa or Vallevecchia.
Bibione Walking Group (Gruppo Marciatori Bibione) has created four permanent routes (6 km, 11 km, 16 km and 24 km) for race walking enthusiasts.
All of the routes start and finish in front of the local council office at 84 Via Maja in Bibione. The start times are from 8.00 am to 3.00 pm unless otherwise stated.

The colours of the signs for the permanent routes are as follows: 6 km (Blue), 11 km (Sky Blue), 16 km (Green), 24 km (Red). The routes are signposted with white arrows on orange backgrounds. In addition, 34 years ago Bibione Walking Group started organizing a fun walk called “A piedi per Bibione”, in which more than 7,000 people take part every 1 May.

Bibione is a great place to go horse riding in natural surroundings! The Valgrande Riding Centre is open all year round and it has two professional instructors who are members of the Italian Federation of Equestrian Sports. They can help to introduce children aged 10 and over to the world of horse riding and organize lessons for people of all levels of ability, from beginners to experts. At the school there are 15 working horses, two tracks, a jumping course for proficient riders and an arena for beginners. In Valgrande rides are also organized for people who want to explore the local area at a leisurely pace!
