+ - nearly 15 years we are spending our family summer vacation in Bibione under protective wings of Agency Serena and we have no reason to change it for future - they speak very good german and english and have the positive behavior - they always do what they promised to do - their average prices are on acceptable level comparing to other agencies - choice of their appartments and prices suit to majority of ordinery people - they trust to their clients (check in, check out) - they always answer the questions of clients and man has the feeling that they really want to help
