Spacious west-side-oriented apartment with an area of about 65 m₂, including 15 m₂ of covered terrace. The apartment is composed of: two bedrooms, one with double bed and one single bed while the other one with two single beds; living room with kitchenette and a single sofa bed; bathroom with window and shower box.
This apartment is suitable for a family of 6 people.

- The kitchenette is equipped with everything you need: microwave, dishwasher, kettle, German coffee maker, fridge with separated freezer compartment, cooker with four electric burners and sink.
- Bathroom with large shower, sink, bidet, WC, makeup/shaving mirror and hairdryer.
- The large terrace is equipped with a table, 6 chairs and a closed compartment with an electric broom.
- The apartment is equipped with air conditioning with a temperature regulation system in each individual room, free WI-FI, safe, TV Sat LED 32‘’ in the living room, Tv-Sat LCD 32" in the double bedroom, washing machine and linen (sheets, bath towels and tablecloth).
For stays of at least seven nights is included the cleaning service during the week with the change of towels and sheets (except the kitchenette). The cleaning service at the end of the stay is included.

Every apartment has a sun umbrella with safe and two sun beds and a deckchair from the 5`line on the beach.
A fenced, covered and numbered parking place 50 mt. far from the Residence.
Included in standard rate.

In this type of apartment it is not possible to add a baby cot but a bed rail can be provided for free.
