In the land of the Asparagus – Spring 2007


Once again this year the traders association Ascom Confcommercio of Bibione-San Michele al Tagliamento renewed its engagement towards the restaurants holders and this region by organizing a cultural event dedicated to the food tradition: “Nella terra dell’Asparago – Primavera 2007” (in the Land of the Asparagus – Spring 2007).
This year the event includes also an opening evening, on the 20th of April, at the restaurant “AL FOGO”. The event will continue over the whole period of May and June. The participating restaurants will guarantee a menu with dishes based on the asparagus and – according to their wish – they will organize evenings with menu exclusively inspired by the asparagus.

In the Land of the Asparagus is an event organized in cooperation with the Confcommercio Ascom Bibione, the contribution of Venezia Opportunità, and sponsored by the Municipilaity of S.Michele al Tagliamento – the Trade Department and the Tourist Promotion Association as well as in cooperation with the Cooperativa Agricola Bibione.
