Spiaggia di sole e di sapori

“Spiaggia di sole e di sapori” is an awaited appointment with tradition, a gastronomic exhibition of the typical local and Venetian products, that will take place during three days completely concentrated on tasting and sale of local and regional products, in order to promote the peculiarity of the region and to contribute to the development of the tourism of food and wine.

The opening ceremony took already place on June, 27 but the event will be held also on July, 25, 26 and 27 and on September, 19-20-21 in Viale Aurora).

The event will be enriched by the participation of Consorzio di tutela dell'olio d'oliva from the Garda Lake and from Casatella Trevigiana, cheese stands (Asiago, Ubriaco, Bastardo del Grappa, Mozzarella Artigianale), various kinds of cold meats and salami, typical products in oil, local fruit and vegetables and other special products.

And then also the wines DOC Lison Pramaggiore, Livenza and Piace, homemade beer and a series of restaurants and shops of Bibione that will organize the tasting of food specialties of the region. Important partners will obviously not miss: an institutional stand of the REGIONE VENETO and one of ARPAV (Regional Agency for the environmental prevention and protection of the Venetian Region).

The event is organised by the Municipality San Michele al Tagliamento, Pro Loco Bibione and ASCOM, with the collaboration of ABA and Comitato Eventi and under the patronage of the Venetian Region.
