Bibione (Ve): July, 19 and August, 30 2008


The initiative. Raduni Sportivi S.r.l. promotes and organizes Into the night – 5-a-side – Football - Bibione: two new and spectacular night sports events for all lovers of this specialty. The initiative takes place in the seaside resort Bibione, in the Veneto region during two days: Saturday, 19 July (first event) and Saturday, 30 August (second event).


Application and playing features. The tournament is intended for male and female teams of all playing levels. Each team can dispose of maximum seven reserves. The athletes who applied in one team cannot participate in other teams. The games will take place on 16 pitches equipped inside the Municipal stadium in Bibione. The competition schedule will be filled in according to the applications received, assigning the best positions (top positions) to the couples whose applications were the first ones to be formalised. The playing features consist in a table with double elimination: from the winners table you enter into the losers table at the first defeat and after the second defeat, you are eliminated.

The two winning couples of the table and the two losers couples of the table remained after the elimination phase will play the semifinals.


The games will be organized in two rounds lasting 15 minutes each; if at the end of the regular rounds the result will still be as a draw, the transfer to the following game will be decided through five alternate penalties; in case of further risult as a draw, we will continue to the bitter end until one team will have realized one goal more than the other one with the same number of kicks. The referreeing will be carried out by Federation referrees and, with rotation, by the same partitipants according to a detailed competition program the teams received at the check-in. N.B. If you do not have a team or if you cannot find a player to complete it, insert your request into the Guestbook on the website www.radunocalcetto.it; your participation can be guaranteed thanks to the exchange of similar requests.


Playing strip. The playing equipment will be made of numbered T-shirt, shorts, sockets, shinguards and gym shoes or five-a-side shoes (shoes with studs are not allowed). The goalkeeper will wear a T-shirt having colours that make him easily distinguishable among the other football players.


Prizegiving. The first four teams, besides the products linked with the sponsorings they will receive, will be also awarded as follows:

5vs5 men:
euro 1,000.00 (1st place)
euro 500.00 (2nd place)
euro 300.00 (3rd place)
euro 100.00 (4th place) 

5vs5 women: 
euro 500.00 (1st place)
euro 250.00 (2nd place) 
euro 150.00 (3rd place)

N.B. If the participation should not reach 100 teams, the above mentioned amounts will be proportionally reduced according to the number of the applicant teams.


A further prize money amounting to 1,000.00 euro will be assigned to the team that, taking part with at least 3/5 of the same players to both events, has reached the best positions in the final phases: sum of the points obtained by the teams ranking between the first and the eight place (1st place = 20 points; 2nd place = 17 points; 3rd place = 15 points; 4th place = 14 points; 5th place = 12 points; 6th place = 10 points; 7th place = 7 points; 8th place = 5 points). If the final scores will be the same, the prize money will be equally divided among the teams. The teams will have the possibility to verify their scores updating online on the website www.radunocalcetto.it starting from five days after the first event.


Insurance and health certificate. Though this is a non competitive sports event, it is warmly suggested to the participants to draw up a personal accident insurance. In this regard, the organization suggests the enrollment to the A.I.C.S for the sports year 2007/2008 that will provide a minimum insurance cover both in case of accidents and in case of damage to third persons during the competition (see application form). We also remind that all athletes have to have the regular health certification requested for the sports activity they practice. The non card-carrying athletes are requested to have a health certificate stating their non competitive sports fitness (the so called good health certificate) valid for the current year.


Check-in. The check-in will take place at the Municipal Tennis Center in Bibione (via Cellina, 2) on Saturday from 10 am to 1 pm. At the arrival in Bibione, the team-manager will arrange the check-in where the competition programs and any information about accomodation and night animation activities will be delivered. The participants and their families and friends will furthermore receive a coloured identification armband that has to be compulsory worn on the wrist or the ankle for the whole duration of the competition and that will allow you to enter into the International Tourist Village for free (4-star-accommodation center directly situated on the beach with a wide private beach), where it will be possible to dispose of big swimming pools with water slide and whirlpool, bar, restaurant, beach material with sun bed and sun umbrella and even more; the armband will furthermore let you enter to club parties for free, guarantees you reductions on the entrance to thermal pools, discounts in the pizzerias and in some pubs.


Accommodation. For the participants and their families and friends accommodation offers with special prices in apartments, hotels, holiday camp and camp site are available (see application form to download on the website www.radunocalcetto.it).


Reductions. The will be reductions on the application fee for the teams that will use the accommodation facilites at disposal and for the ones that will formalise their application for first.


Bibione Thermae: In the spa in Bibione you can find the pleasure of feeling fit. For the ones who do not want to just practice sports, they can enjoy a modern wellness centre with big thermal pools for adults and children, provided with whirlpools and water games, a modern beauty center, sauna, Turkish bath, solarium and restaurant facilities. Bibione Thermae is just one hundred metres from the International Tourist Village and around six hundred metres from the municipal stadium. For the athletes and their families and friends, there is a discount of 20% on the entrance fee to the thermal pools.

- Saturday from 10 am to 1 pm at the Municipal Tennis Center (via Cellina, 2 – Bibione).

Sports activities:

- Saturday from 4 pm to 1 am. Prizegiving follows.

Night animations:

- Spritz Party starting at 7.30 pm.

- Disco party (free entrance) from 00.30 h.
