Our initiative is intended for organizations and volleyball sportive associations, and we offer in the period May-September, in one of the most beautiful and well equipped seaside resorts in the High Adriatic Sea, sports sea holidays at low prices. A new and involving experience in a natural environment, outside places and contexts traditionally dedicated to sport.
The aim consists in offering the athletes, technicians and directors the opportunity to continue the training activities during the summer, to strenghten the relationships discovering again the pleasure and importance of being part of a group.
In order to offer the best safety guarantees, the fundamental components, such as accommodation, restaurant facilities, sport and entertainment activities have been carefully evaluated, considering the participants’ age and needs.
The Summer Centre Bibione has the typical day organized by the sports group in charge in collaboration with our staff (always at disposal). The group will organize the planning and will provide for the developing of all sports and entertainment activities of the athletes. On request, it will be possible to dispose of the aid of qualified trainers (this kind of service is againt payment).
Sports activities can be performed both on the beach arena in front of the International Tourist Village (beach volley) and inside the Municipal Tennis Center in Bibione (volleyball and beach volley); this is a more than 20,000 square metres wide multi-purpose sports facility, middle in the green and the pinewood, with open air playgrounds (grass and synthetic), two lit beach volley playgrounds and a big covered gym where we will set up up to six mobile volleyball playgrounds. The Sports Center (800 metres from the Village) is equipped with bar and restaurant facility, toilets and changing rooms with warm water showers, Jacuzzi tube, sun beds, sun umbrellas and a lot more.
After dinner you can enjoy your night having a walk along the streets of the tourist resort, visiting the Luna Park, living the night animation and going to the club inside the Village. The Bibione Centre is very easy to reach on foot and it offers shops, pubs and different attractions where you can move being absolutely quiet.
Accommodation. The participants can choose among holidays lasting one or more weeks and also shorter stays lasting three or four days in apartment, hotel and holiday camp. The stays are offered in full board (mineral water at meals included) from the lunch on the day of arrival to the breakfast on the day of departure. In order to guarantee the best accommodation of the participants, we kindly reccomend you to book at least 30/40 days before the day of arrival.
Restaurant facilities. Breakfast, lunch and dinner: all meals, diversified, abundant and natural, consider the participants’ age and are prepared carefully according to diet and nutritional tables. On request personalized menues for particular diets are available (e.g.: celiac and/or allergic people). The restaurant service is provided inside the International Tourist Village or in other accommodation facilities.
Health care. The Sports Centre is not longer than 500 metres from the first aid centre of the tourist resort, where a doctor on duty is available.
Accident insurance. The participants without a corporate insurance cover are kindly requested to integrate their participation fee paying an amount of 7.00 euro per person. This amount will allow the enrollment for the sportive year 2007/2008 to the A.I.C.S., that will provide a minimum insurance cover both in case of accidents and in case of damage to third persons during the competition. The disclosure on this policy can be download on the website www.aics.info/assicurazione.php. When you send the application form, you also have to attach the list of the persons for which you ask the insurance cover, stating for each applicant: name and surname, date and place of birth, complete permanent adress (facsimile to be download on the website www.beachvolley.it). The A.I.C.S. cards will be delivered at the check-in.
Check-in.
On their arrival in Bibione (secretary’s office at the Municipal Tennis Centre, via Cellina, 2 Bibione – arrival until 12.00 o’ clock), the team-manager has to provide for the check-in during which any information regarding accommodation, sports activities and night animation will be delivered.
The participants and their families and friends will receive a coloured identification armband that has to be compulsory worn on the wrist or the ankle for the whole duration of the competition and that will allow you to enter into the International Tourist Village for free (4-star-accommodation center directly situated on the beach with a wide private beach), where it will be possible to dispose of big swimming pools with water slide and whirlpool, fitness gym, toilets and changing rooms with warm water showers; the armband will furthermore provide you with beach material such as sun bed and sun umbrella, let you enter into the club for free and quarantees you reductions on the entrance to thermal pools (Bibione Thermae).
Reductions. For the sports groups of more than 20 persons and staying at least six nights, there is a discount of 240.00 euro on the total amount of the stay of the team-manager as well as a contribution for the travel costs amounting to 250.00 euro for the sports groups living more than 500 km away.
Facilities. The participants can dispose of the beach volley and volleyball (these also covered) playgrounds, enter into the International Tourist Village for free and thus to the fitness gym and the swimming pools with water slide and whirlpool, enjoy the night animation, enter the clubs, use the beach material such as sun umbrellas and sun beds, the sports material for the trainings (balls, etc.), drink mineral water during the trainings (athletes), rent a personal bicycle (150 bicycles available) to use for the whole vacation period, have some discounts on the entrance fees to the thermal swimming pool (Bibione Thermae) and the Luna Park.
Bibione Thermae: In the spa in Bibione you can find the pleasure of feeling fit. For the ones who do not want to just practice sports, they can enjoy a modern wellness centre with big thermal pools for adults and children, provided with whirlpools and water games, a modern beauty center, sauna, Turkish bath, solarium and restaurant facilities. Bibione Thermae is just one hundred metres from the International Tourist Village. For all participants, there will be discounts on the entrance fee to the thermal swimming pools.

Bibione Blue Flag. Bibione is the only seaside resort in the Veneto region having received the Blue Flag for the good water and coastal quality, the adequate services offered and the awareness regarding environmental education. Bibione has gained this recognition according to precise quality criteria, among which:
- guaranteeing the water clearance, thanks to a correct functioning of depuration plants and the absense of industrial and sewer dumps near the seaside areas
- processing plans for environmental emergencies and putting the water analysis at the controlling bodies’ disposal
