Those employees have been appointed with the data processing and have been instructed accordingly; furthermore they operate under the direct supervision and authority of the “Data Responsible”. The data can be transferred to: • single facilities that the user may chose to contact and provide directly the requested information; • the company that is in charge of sending the catalogue; • the service provider. To those entities, Bibione Srl transfers as well the a.m. purposes and methods of data processing. Data divulgation No form of divulgation of the data is envisaged. Conservation of the data Data is kept for such time as is necessary to perform the tasks indicated. Beside the employees of Bibioneonline S.r.l., part of the processing of your personal data with reference to the purposes of point 2), could be also carried out by third parties, which Bibioneonline S.r.l. appointed with the supply of some activities or partial steps that are necessary to deliver the a.m. services.
