PRICES "ALL INCLUDED"
The prices are in Euro, por flat (for the number of people indicated) and por week (normally from Saturday to Saturday).
In the price are included :
- Gas, water and electricity.
- 1 Free beach service (1 Sun-ombrella, 1 sun-chair, 1 sun-bed) from 4th row. Position based on availability.
Supplement for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd row to pay directly at the beach counter
- free baby cots while stocks last.
NOT INCLUDED are :
- Revenue stamp Euro 1,81.
- Bed linen (rental service available by laundry).
- Security Euro 100,00.
- Air conditioner (on request and/or if installed) Euro 42,00/por week.
- Daily tax if required.
GENERAL RENTAL CONDITIONS:
The booking is confirmed only after receving the deposit (30% of the rent amount) by post (registrated letter with guarenteed checks or postal order, writing the exact deposit's reason) or by bank transfer. If the deposit has not arrived within 2 weeks from the booking date, the Agency Venezia will cancel the reservation.
In case the client has to cancel the booking, he must give notice at least 4 weeks before the beginning of the stay. If the agency manages to rent the flat, the client will receive the deposit back except the 10% of the total rent amount. If the client fails to arrive into 24 hours after the beginning of the stay, without notice, he will be considered renoucer and he will not have the right to be refunded.
The remaining amount of the rental fee due must be paid upon arrival in the agency. In order to register all the people that will stay in the flat,the client must provide to the staff valid identity documents.
It is strictly forbidden to give hospitality to more people than permitted by the number of beds specified in our offer (children are considered as adults) under risk of payment of an adeguate over-price.
The flats will be given completely furnished and equipped with 1 cover and 1 pillow for each bed, gas cooker, running hot and cold water and 220 volts electricity. Bed-linen, towels and iron must be brought.
The entrance in the flat may take place between 4.00 p.m. and 8.00 p.m. of the arrival date.
The flat must be left free within 10 a.m. of the departure date (Saturday) in perfect state, without rubbish, leaving the refrigirator empty and defrosted, the crockery washed and the kitchenette clean.
The client must take the maximum care of the flat. Complaints regarding the state of the flat or inventory list will be accepted only within 24 hours after the arrival. Otherwise, eventual damages will be compensated according to the price list.
The security will be given back only after having controlled the conditions of the flat. For this reason, departures between 8.00 p.m. and 8.00 a.m. must be arranged in advance with the agency.
In case of unexpected problems, the agency reserves the right to replace the flat with another equivalent one.
The agency only acts as an intermediary between the owner of the flat and the client. The contract is therefore drawn up between these two parties.
The agency staff is authorized to enter into the flats for eventual repairings and for maintenance.
The agency accepts no liability for theft that might happen in the flats.
