The collected data are those necessary to accomplish the a.m. purposes. The data is processed by using electronic instruments and paper means, in accordance with the regulations stated in D. Lgs. 30/06/2003 n. 196. Data communication The data can be used by the data Responsable and by the office employees of Bibioneonline S.r.l. , to accomplish the a.m. purposes. Those employees have been appointed with the data processing and have been instructed accordingly; furthermore they operate under the direct supervision and authority of the “Data Responsible”. The data can be transferred to: • single facilities that the user may chose to contact and provide directly the requested information; • the company that is in charge of sending the catalogue; • the service provider. To those entities, Bibione Srl transfers as well the a.m. purposes and methods of data processing. Data divulgation No form of divulgation of the data is envisaged. Conservation of the data Data is kept for such time as is necessary to perform the tasks indicated. In compliance with applicable regulations and in accordance with D.Lgs 196/03 regulations and subsequent amendements thereof, the data concerning the automated flow (data concerning the location and the internet connection - c.d. log in file) are stored, as stated in art. 123 of the a.m. D.Lgs 196/03 and its subsequent amendements. The consent for the processing of the data, with reference to purposes listed in point 2) is not compulsory; in case of your denial Bibione S.r.l. will treat your data only for the purposes listed in point 1). Data processing unfolds by several electronic, automated and paper means, in accordance with the regulations of the D. Lgs. 30/06/2003 n. 196. Data communication for additional purposes. Personal data processed for purposes displayed in point 2) can be used by the employees of Bibioneonline S.r.l. in order to achieve the a.m. purposes. Those employees have been appointed with the data processing and received an adequate operational training; furthermore they are working under direct authority of the “Data responsible”. Beside the employees of Bibioneonline S.r.l., part of the processing of your personal data with reference to the purposes of point 2), could be also carried out by third parties, which Bibioneonline S.r.l. appointed with the supply of some activities or partial steps that are necessary to deliver the a.m. services. In this case the involved subjects will act like independent owners or will be defined as “in charge of” or “appointed with” the processing. The responsible or appointed parties will receive adequate training, especially concerning the requested, minimum security measures, to guarantee data's security and secrecy.
