From Mai, 10 to 18 at the Villaggio Turistico Capalonga in Bibione BibioneKayak 2008 will take place: a competition for Italian and foreign sea kayakers.
A meeting that the lovers of sea kayak, both professional or amateurs should not miss!

Bibionekayak will be the right opportunity to spend some days together with other kayakers, paddling in the Adriatic sea and in the surrounding lagoons of Caorle, Marano and Grado, learning or improving the paddling and eskimo methods as well as safety techniques in the sea.

On Mai, 11 you will furthermore have the opportunity to participate to Vogalonga in Venice, the traditional non competitive regatta along 32 km starting from the S.Marco dock to the isles in the northern lagoon, coming then back to Venice to row below the Canal Grande palaces.

This initiative will then give space to the participants : they can namely give their ideas and hints to improve the already rich program of Bibionekayak you can find on the website http://www.bibionekayak.com/. Special guest of the competition will be Nigel Foster, the most famous sea kayaker.
