Beach Rugby Festival 2012

Saturday 9 and Sunday 10 June, Bibione’s beach is transformed into a fantastic field for games of beach rugby, the summer version of rugby played on sand, with teams of five a side.

The event has teams at every level of play, comprised of athletes with no age limit and divided into categories of 5 vs 5 men’s and 5 vs 5 women's.

The fields will be prepared on the beachfront by the International Tourist Village (Via delle Colonie, 2) and the weekend programme covers:
Saturday 9 June: qualifiers.
Sunday 10 June: final stage with eliminators right up to the grand final.
