Customer Service: hostess and stewards at your service

In the beach a Customer Service has been activated: qualified personnel at disposal of the guests offering an ongoing service from 8 am to 8 pm. Professionals that satisfy with competence and kindness all the requests placed by the tourists carry out the service

It is easy to recognize them: they wear a different uniform from that of the lifeguards: a plain t-shirt and white shorts. 

They also have an own “premises”: a sun umbrella with a flag on the top with the writing "Customer Service", deck chairs and a table on which you can find the so called “Calls journal”. The operators are at your complete disposal, but it could still happen to find nobody at the premises, because the operator in that moment is already busy with other customers. All you need to do is write in the journal the number of your umbrella and beach sector, one of the operators will come to you and address your requests as soon as possible.

The Customer Service operators will also make sure that those who do not rent a sun umbrella do not use yours, during your lunch break or while you are talking a walk along the sea shore.
