The sandy ground of Bibione and its surroundings is an ideal element for the cultivation of the white asparagus, a vegetable of delicate taste and with many nutritional properties: a food festival dedicated to it takes place every year in the month of April. This is a wonderful occasion to taste and buy it at one of the many stands put up for this event.
