BEACH VOLLEY
Beach volleyball is right at home in Bibione, just as it is on every beach in the world: nets for impromptu beach volleyball matches are scattered around the beach area. Also, over the years the resort has become the destination for fans and players thanks to internationally renowned sporting events like the Beach Volley Marathon.


BEACH TENNIS
Apart from the regular tennis courses on offer, in Bibione you can try your hand at beach tennis, a cross between tennis and volleyball and can now seen on beaches everywhere. The teams comprise two players, with rules similar to tennis, and is played at high speed. Bibione has a full schedule of beach tennis tournaments approved by the Federation of Tennis, from 1 May to the beginning of October on the beach courts which can be reached from Via Taigete.

BOWLS
Bowls are the mainstay of beach games. Everyone can play, even people with disabilities. In Bibione, dedicated players meet up on the greens opposite Piazzale Zenith, level with Via della Luna.

SURFCASTING E LONGCASTING
Surfcasting and longcasting are a type of fishing from the beach using rods that can cast bait and sinker many metres from the shore, sometimes record distances. Amongst the more involved areas of Bibione is Pasotto (Lido dei Pini), a stretch of water well stocked with fish, especially in the spring. In Bibione, competitions are organised both for sea and for River Tagliamento fishing.
