The collected data are those necessary to accomplish the a.m. purposes. The data is processed by using electronic instruments and paper means, in accordance with the regulations stated in D. Lgs. 30/06/2003 n. 196. Data communication The data can be used by the data Responsable and by the office employees of Bibioneonline S.r.l. , to accomplish the a.m. purposes. Those employees have been appointed with the data processing and have been instructed accordingly; furthermore they operate under the direct supervision and authority of the “Data Responsible”. The data can be transferred to: • single facilities that the user may chose to contact and provide directly the requested information; • the company that is in charge of sending the catalogue; • the service provider. To those entities, Bibione Srl transfers as well the a.m. purposes and methods of data processing. Data divulgation No form of divulgation of the data is envisaged. Conservation of the data Data is kept for such time as is necessary to perform the tasks indicated.
